Federation Manager is a commercial product marketed by CA (www.ca.com). It provides standards-based identity federation capabilities that enable the users of one organization to easily and securely access the data and applications of another. It delivers support of federation standards, including SAML, enabling both Identity Providers and Service Providers. CA Federation Manager also provides for the administration of federation partnerships. Note that CA Federation Manager can act as both an IDP and an SP.
